ANOTHER USELESS OBSERVATION
For all you LOTR nerds out there...
Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that the inscription on the One Ring - in the language of Mordor (“Black Speech”), written in the Elvish tengwar script, and visible only when the ring is red-hot - can be sung to the tune of the Ode to Joy in the final movement of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony?
Ash nazg durbatulûk,
Ash nazg gimbatul,
Ash nazg thrakatulûk
Agh burzum-ishi krimpatul
Try it... it works!

Yep. But so can the old Vietnam era song that starts "Bomb the towns and kill the people... ." However, in RevWar Brit reenacting circles it is sung to Men Of Harlech, instead.
