Here’s something you don’t see every day...
A spanking-new Bentley parked at an IHOP.
“Jeeves, transport me at once to the local International House of Pancakes. I feel a craving for a Rooty Tooty Fresh 'N Fruity® coming on, and I shall not be denied. Do you suppose I may have one with a side order of foie gras?”

Hmm, parks as a disabled person.
Can't read the number plate on your photo to check if that actually applies :-(
I don't want to spoil your observations, but the use of expensive cars is sometimes the payment for illegal drugs. Where you think there might be an affluent pillar of society eating pancakes, there is the possibility Mrs. Flahooty isn't to be found, but Ghetto Bouncer and his peeps are taking her place enjoying breakfast.
The disabled parking was legit, at least for all appearances - there was a permit tag on the dash. More than that is mere speculation.
I was at my mechanic's the other day. He's my 'oil and tire' guy... the best. I walked in and there was a Bentley in the first stall. I raised my eyebrow as I looked at him and looked in the trunk (which was open) and peeked in through a window. He said, "Ahhh, yes, the Bentley. The most expensive 1950 technology that money can buy..."
Maybe he just popped in for his rolls?
@Ole Phat Stu - ((groannnn))
I once saw a ferarri at an Awful Waffle.
