Laboring masses cry,“Thank Gawd It’s Friday!”
Overjoyed at the end of the week.
Not me: I say, “So Happy It’s Thursday!”
But please do not think me a freak.

When one is retired, each day’s like another,
The weekdays, at least, seem the same.
But I find amusement my own way (O, brother)
By playing the Acronym Game!
