Too little peach flavor (the bourbon had extracted most of it) and too much residual alcohol. After gnawing on a couple of 'em, I tossed the rest out.<br /><br />It's a little like eating the boiled chicken after you've made soup. Yes, it's chicken... but most of the flavor is now in the soup.
