They sound like dog food and vitamins, respectively.<br /><br />Our family did rely on the contemptible insta-packets of oatmeal, but we also did old-school Quaker Oats with butter, syrup, milk, and raisins. I like grits, and I normally eat them the Southern way, but over the course of my life, they haven't been a big part of my mealtime experience.
